Co-parenting Coaching
If you are in a current situation that you share time-sharing rights and custody of your child or children, you may need a sounding board for guidance. While every parent intends on working together to coexist and raise children peacefully, that may not always be the reality of the situation. Many times, ex-partners find themselves complaining about the other parents’ choices or disagreeing on topics related to their children. It is not uncommon for a tit-for-tat attitude to take a priority and the children move to the back burner. At Foundations Counseling one of our goals is to help unmarried parents, adults who are raising children refocus and regulate their mindset to focus on the child(ren). We will work on addressing and discussing painful points and reframe to challenge for the present and reality to see the light of move forward in a positive mindset and manner.
