  • Guardian ad Litem (GAL)- An appointed GAL focuses on the voices of children involved in the judicial process. These children may have a history of abuse, neglect, abandonment, or have been forced in their parents' ongoing litigation. The GAL represents the child and his/her best interests in court, in addition the GAL independently conducts a thorough investigation on behalf of the child through record reviews, interviews with individuals involved in the child's life. A report is created with recommendations geared towards best interests for the child.


  • Social Investigations- Social investigation is process performed by an impartial mental health professional who is qualified to provide the court, the parties, and the parties’ attorneys with information and recommendations regarding the best interests of the child(ren). The investigator compiles all relevant information into a report for the judge to consider when making decisions in cases involving disputes about shared parental responsibility, decision making, time-sharing, and other  matters. The social investigator will make recommended parenting plan that addresses matters such as specific time-sharing schedules for the court’s consideration.

  • Reunification Therapy (High Conflict Cases)-Reunification Therapy (RT) is a intervention explored when a parent has been separated from a child(ren) for a length of time and/or the parent/child relationship has been fractured for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: abuse, incarceration, parent alienation, trust issues or addiction. During these sessions the focus is the parent and child(red) re-establish positive communication, trust and rebuild their relationship.


  • High Conflict Coaching/Co Parenting-Conflict coaching can help individuals who have a difficult time communicating.  During sessions the focus is to coach coping skills and model parents effective communication skills that they can use to facilitate communication within a high-conflict relationship that may need to be redefined too move forward.
